Here at ValueFishing.com, we take pride in offering you a quality product at the lowest possible price. Some websites may offer free shipping, but this just means you are paying for shipping in the product price. We charge you what we pay for a third party to ship your product to you. Our shipping prices for most destinations in N. America are approximately 10% of your total (with a minimum shipping cost of $8.50 on all orders.) We have chosen FedEx for the majority of shipments, as we have found them to be reliable and fast. Product Warranty
ValueFishing.com offers a full exchange on all products offered if they are not up to customer standards (within a year of the purchase date). Should the customer request, instead of an exchange, they can opt for full credit on defective products which can be used on all other ValueFishing.com products. ValueFishing.com does not offer monetary refunds. Please contact us at info@valuefishing.com if you have received a defective product.
